City are still 100% in the League (and won the Cup last Wednesday!), but they have 6 league fixtures still to play. I see their last game is scheduled for the last day of May (!) and there are still a couple with dates to be arranged: is there a deadline date for completion?

Doubt they are up to Wealdstone Yoof's standards, though even they bit off more than they can chew at Whitehawk...apparently! 😂

I'm a bit confused by the item on the Club Twitter saying that the Youth will lift the championship if they win Saturday's match (which they are certainly very likely to do.) They certainly deserve to after a tremendous season, but... Maidenhead are top at the moment and still have 3 games left (apparently): has the league decided to leave many games unplayed?

I presume that the league have decided to end the season with teams not playing some of their fixtures... I believe City's last fixture is being played on Monday night which will leave them having played 12 with others on 13, 14, 16 etc. I was a little confused when I was putting it on Twitter the other day!
They ran out emphatic winners once again today. After a fairly even first half, they finally took on the stroke of the break, before really showing their quality in the second half to end 6-1. They lifted the league title there and then as, although they have the same points at Maidenhead, they won it with a better head-to-head record.

Full-Time has them down to play at Harefield, who lie third, on Monday evening. If they win that then it will be a 100% record this season: that's hugely impressive. Let's hope the players stay to together and move on up through the ranks at City.

So apparently the Allied Counties League is now complete and tomorrow's fixture will not be played, which is backed up with the majority of the remaining fixtures now showing as 'cancelled' on Full Time.
So the U18's do in fact finish the season with a perfect record, 17 wins out of 17 in both the league and league cup, a superb achievement indeed!

This may very well be the first time that the U18s have won the ACYL: can anyone confirm that? The Full-Time site only goes back to 2010/11, and though they've had a couple of runners-up (behind Maidenhead) they've not topped the charts in that time. Well done again.

I see the ACYL has reorganised for next season with four regional leagues and then play-offs between the winners/runners-up of those leagues at the end of the season to produce an overall winner. City youth don't appear to be taking part in the league this coming season: which league will they be playing in in 2018/9? The National League Alliance?
