Good to see Hellenic football back at Marsh Lane as Long Crendon begin to play their HL Division Two (East) fixtures there in a ground-sharing agreement. LCFC have made a great start to the season with a 100% record after five games andwill certainly be pushing for promotion. It's always a shame when clubs have to leave their traditional homes - so often these days because of the ever-increasing demands of ground-grading - but I hope they enjoy their football on the 3G, and perhaps gain a few more supporters when the Hoops are out of town.
Don't forget still banner advertising available around the ground to boost your companies profile, your banner ads can be seen in highlights which are usually shown on YouTube via Vanarama site, also exposure via Oxford Mail, publicity in the programme also seen by fans and officials.
Looks as though Long Crendon are stiil enjoying playing at Marsh Lane. Beat second-placed Penn & Tylers Green yesterday to pull two points clear at the top with a game in hand. And drew a crowd of 86, which, if 'accurate', is very good indeed for Hellenic Division 2.
