The Ladies edged a seven-goal thriller in their League Cup win against league leaders Southampton last Sunday. They're going really well this season: COYHs.
The two sides have yet to meet in the league.

They beat Southampton WFC Development not Southampton FC completely different club.

As mentioned on the weekend's preview on the website, the Ladies 1st XI were returning to league action and they went top of their league today (20/01) with an 8-1 win at Newbury Ladies.

Oxford City Ladies had a comfortable 6-0 win against Barton United Ladies in the OFA Cup semi-final last Sunday with Lauren May scoring a hat-trick. They will meet Oxford United Ladies, who eased past Carterton Ladies 8-0 in their SF, in the final on April 21st at Marsh Lane.

City's Ladies eventually went down 2-0 to Oxford United Ladies in the OFA Cup Final this afternoon at Marsh Lane (or Court Place farm as the OM insist?). From the OU Twitter it looked as though City put up some stern resistance and kept it goalless until the fourth quarter.

City's Ladies, with one fixture left (against Barton Rovers on 12/05), will finish third in their league, behind Bournemouth and champions Soton WFC Dev who finished the season with a 100% record. Their final game will be against the all-conquering Soton side in the League Cup Final (19/05).
