City 2-0 up no floodlights so they started early. No stands either for that matter. Amazing sports facility. Quite a strong city team out.

0-3 jamal lawerence,
2nd goal was julen lefrente (spainard)
On a side note this is close to the team we might see at season start. This is a confidence exercise and to score as many goals as possible. Is my general feeling here.

Issac has had his camio. Now limping off after being the victim of a dreadful 2 footed challange. Jamel lawrence returns to the fold.

Manny (the tall striker that came on against diddy) just scored the 5th showed good strength and didnt duck out a big collision with the opposition keeper to nod home. He's alright ref gave the keeper a warning.

As soon as the fixture was announced. Dannys after match hair dryer treatment at Diddy has worked. Whether we can keep it going at our present level, when the season starts, without adding to the squad remains to be seen.

Line-up as far I could make out for this game....
1st Half
Lawrie Coulson Santiago Spaniard(?) Lapujade Del Almo Pond lefrente Steling-James Lawrence Bubb
2nd Half
Lapujade for Stoney Del Almo for Fleet Lawrence for Issac
Lawrence came back on after Issac limped off. Del Almo also returned for lefrente and Manny came on for Steling-James with about 15mins remaining.
I think this is close to squad that will start the season.
As there was literally noone there Justin could be heard giving his debrief and basically he acknowledges its been about fitness, thus everyone playing at no more than 70%, but now wants to see the team move through the gears, stop the sloppiness, move it about quicker, sharper and has challenged the players to be responsible for themselves and to give him every reason to pick them in the starting 11 on August the 8th.
In other words I think we should now begin to see what we could be capable of.
EG said to us they are further along than last year and about on schedule where they expected to be, so at the moment the management seem to be reasonably happy with current progress.

Thats why they wanted the sloppiness gone is it. And the fixture hastily scheduled wasn't because of that. If Coulsons only been playing at 70% at 100% he will be swinging off the roof tops, collectively as a team averaging 70% Is my opinion. But then other clubs we are playing against are also around that stage Of fitness.
Further forward in Defense for me than last season yes, maybe they are seeing more than i am up top.
Just hope Declan is not too bad after being carried off at Diddy and lets hope Kynans injury is nothing serious.
