According to the RWB website City will get 50 tickets for next Saturday's game. Hopefully there will be something on our website about it later...!

To be fair you’d expect to see it on the host clubs website first, there is probably logistics involved in city getting hold of the tickets themselves before looking at distribution

Details now on the club website or via Twitter. As I am unable to travel down from Lincoln to queue up, I will be following via computer as usual! I hope some radio coverage is put on: the Brackley match commentary was quite entertaining in its own strange way!

No elite club supporters are allowed at any fa cup ties this weekend.Fa latest statement. What an absolutely ridiculous idea! So, how's this for a 'cunning plan'...just tell them you're a 'neutral' or a supporter of a Step 3 side and you'll be allowed in? Clearly a silly suggestion, but one that illustrates the silliness of the original ruling!

Should have looked at the message board before I left work to go to CPF. Told first that the tickets had sold out then the body blow. It really does not make sense.

Not that it's an FA Cup tie, but I love Wealdstone's novel approach to elite clubs' problems. From the BBC website... "Wealdstone have said a live screening of their home league match against Chesterfield will take place at their social club on Saturday, although " all windows and viewing access to the pitch will be closed off" So it's fine as long as you don't look out of the windows . How is keeping the supporters inside in the social club safer than letting them walk outside to watch the match............. The National League/FA/Government really do need to look at this whole situation with a dash of realism added to their deliberations.

A home draw v Tamworth on Tuesday, Oct 13th in the FA Cup. Another 'new' team in this competition. Played them twice six seasons ago in the league at Step 2.
They came through to this round after a penalty shootout with Stourbridge and then a 3-1 win against Evesham last Saturday...could be a tricky one for City?

Jaanai Gordon scored their third against Evesham on Saturday. I remember going to their ground for the away league fixture, when we gave away some silly goals, courtesy of our goalie playing out of his area too much! I hope the streaming service can be used again for next week's tie.

Declan Benjamin took over in goal.

I think the worrying thing for me is the withdrawal of three teams from the comp already, also league games could be affected, through Covid, that could have been anyone: The club must remain as vigilant as possible against this virus.

Oxford City away to Weymouth in the FAC 4Q on Saturday, October 24th.
..and nearby: Banbury United v Bury Town and Brackley Town v Marske United. Remarkably it's the first time Banbury have reached the 4Q since 1980 when they lost at Kettering.

Very interesting tie for City. Weymouth are fourth from bottom of the Conference Premier with one point.... Reckon they're one off the bottom (just above Wealdstone!). It'll be a difficult trip, though.
