Afraid it is the 15th - weather permitting. That's going to give City a long midweek trek at some point!

Yep plan on going to Sutton with the boy, maybe even four of us as a friend who has a friends and family saver card, his son is showing an interest. But I think its paddington then tube to victoria, then train to Sutton and local service to west Sutton gets you 5 min from ground.

Alternatively try the suburban line from Vauxhall to Wimledon and change for West Sutton, which is what Trainline.com suggest. You could also take the tube to Wimbledon, then the 7 minute train ride to West Sutton. I am 'gutted', as I had train tickets booked for today, luckily not expensive, and no opportunity to go next week, which I would have liked, as I was at Gander Green Lane for the Amateur Cup 1st Rd tie in January 1964 (drawn 0-0, lost replay at White House 1—2). We may win this time round!

Can you not get a refund on train tickets bought in advance if you can't travel exile?
