Agree!! Excellent win, delighted for Pato, 20 league goals a magnificent return and in the cold light of day what’s kept us in the league. Thought Mousanda and Joe Oastler were outstanding today, solid as a rock 😀👍 Poku won everything in midfield and Pato a constant danger.
Had a few beers after, good feeling to know we’re absolutely safe. Question now is who can we keep for next season?
Up the hoops 👍😀⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

Yes, Pato has done really well, especially given that he has been alone up front in most matches. It was especially sweet today for him to lay the ghost of that previous penalty miss at home to Bognor in October, the only one I can remember seeing him miss this season. He also hit the post and made the keeper produce a couple of fine saves.
The defence (including wing backs) looked solid today, which was important in the middle part of the match when the Rocks were coming at us. That said, the visitors were guilty of the same thing we've said about City at times this season -- having a lot of possession but no real penetration, and not being clinical with their few chances, which by contrast we were today. So we were a little flattered by the score, for once-- but about time! So nice to finish on a high at home with our best scoreline of the season (so far!). We still need to break more quickly when we win possession in the middle of the park, but at least the midfield were pressing their opponents on the ball today.
I hope we can keep much of the squad together next season, minus the loanees who I guess will go back to their parent clubs after the OSC Final, but as ever it will largely depend on the budget. With the need to service the debt, we could easily find a few senior players go because we can't afford them.
