Shame to read a bit of negativity on the Forum this morning, but never fear the Vets are back... City Vets return from their winter training camp in Tenerife (Spitz never made it back), to face Thame Utd in the semi final of the cup. City will be looking for a bumper crowd at the farm to inspire the boys towards the final!!
The VetsJoker has single handedly halved the gaffa's playing squad from 38 to 19, with several old boys fuming with the treatment they received with their lookalikes... Apparently Andy Thomas is now down to seven stone after seeing his naked shot and Shaun Pearce still trying to find the man responsible for matching him with Ribery!!
City will be missing Dave Southam, The Monk, Clarkey, Shilton and Paul Spittle this evening along with long term absentee Lee Sharkey.
However the gaffa selects from a strong squad and is looking forward to a cracking game this evening.
