This should be a home win. I'd like to see 5-0, to catch up with Worcester, but that is a trifle hopeful.

Think the tigers have already filled a coach and weather permitting there will be a quite a few coming. Lets try and match that spread the word for this local derby, good Ideas coming from the crowd thread about publicising Fixture via Facebook and be good to have banner/virtual poster to use/link to Facebook news feeds later, on Support city Saturday. Please everybody who has an account post it, and who knows unbeaten Feb could continue COYH.

I had better take back that 5-0: Gloucester are currently beating Guiseley 2-1. Could be an interesting tussle on Saturday.

Quick update: Guiseley snatched a point almost at the death. Histon beat Alty and Brackley won at Stalybridge. The Halifax-Harrogate game, to add insult to injury to two clubs whose fixtures have been bedevilled by the elements and poor groundskeeping, was postponed!

With Dec back from suspension, and not sure how Bashams calf is after his rest. Possible we will have almost a full squad ! Going for 2-1 win in a tight game local for a change.

I think and hope a very entertaining game ! Hope the ref is good as the pitch will be heavy even with 2 drying days. Hoops 2-2 City.

If the pitch allows and with a full squad we will hopefully be treated to the nice, on the ground, flowing game that City can deliver. 0-1HT, 3-1FT

From the Oxford Mail Fordy hadn't got Benjamin on the bench, surely he has served his suspension, mind you it wouldn't be the first time he has given a team sheet to the local press that differs to the actual lineup!

Well, got a Northampton mate from MK giving Southend away a swerve..and coming to see North Oxford's finest today! Don't think OUFC are taking anything to Plymouth today, so hope for a fair crowd...with an atmosphere please!!!

Official attendance as something like 446 but that figure is way off. There were never that many in the ground yesterday. Gloucester took about a coach load plus a few who drove up.

To say there was less yes but more no, over 400, 350 oxford, well promoted via facebook posters etc.

Deserved win for us today. Our keeper had a relatively easy afternoon! second goal was dodgy did not cross the line the linesman did not signal for a goal ref had a good game until that decision, if it had been your lot we wouldnt have heard the last of it you would have been belly aching like you were at whaddon road.

How do you know for sure that it didn't cross the line?

How do you know for sure that it didn't cross the line? My opinion thats all, coupled with a stewards and two of your fans who laughed, plus a pause by even your fans in disbelief before you cellabrated. Need goaline technology, something we are not going to get at this level! you think the ref could see from outside the box, 9 times out of 10 the defence gets the benefit of the doubt when the lino is not indicating a goal. But he gave it so its history now,I suppose we will get a similar decision one week.

You cannot say that it did or didn't cross the line if you weren't even anywhere near the goal! From where we were behind the goal it was definitely over the line!

From where I was standing, it was very difficult to see whether the ball definitely crossed the line- it was certainly very close either way. The major problem, as I saw it, was that neither the linesman nor the referee really looked to be in a position to make a decision with any certainty. In professional football at any level the referee giving a goal on the basis of guesswork simply isn't acceptable. That being said, Gloucester were the better side, probably value for their win in the end. Just disappointed with the manner in which the goal was given. We're still 9th in the table though so the season's still going pretty well in my eyes.

Slowmo video on the COF makes it look like it was possibly over judging by the defenders standing foot.

Slowmo video on the COF makes it look like it was possibly over judging by the defenders standing foot. 'possibly over' from the video which I have looked at, inconclusive. your cameras were not in a possition to be tottally accurate, but if it had been us who had the goal given in similar circumstances , I'm sure you would have accepted it!
