Sounds like another highly entertaining game of football that city has been involved with, 'Hooray!' But we are also still leaking goals for fun 'BOOO', But we are also scoring as many goals if not more than we give away 'Hooray'. though has our 'swings and roundabouts' card been played with the ref today?, how were we before the two pens, did we look like scoring or was it very much with the refs help the game turned. Were they 'stonewall' pens or dubious decisions? Not forgetting of course late pens have cost us 4 points in recent games, today has just about made up for it....just hope we havent used all our 'karma cards' in one match . looking forward for the report!

Well if you want the truth it was a complete shambles ,what you would call a get out of jail situation .It's nearing the end of the season and we get a different back four once again surly by now we at least should know that ,and as for taking Gunny off it was just not on may be one should look at somebody else to blame and substitute .Also why take players from the Nmads and not play them but play somebody that we have not seen for at least a month

Well Lomax if you had been their you would not be saying that ,as i said before it was a get out of jail situation for us .With two pens:and the third off side .as for five games unbeaten they are the teams we should be getting three points from if that is all right by you i think most supporters would not be happy

It was a strange game, came away wondering how we'd scored 1 goal let alone 4, Sav took his pens cooly and calmly, thought both were soft decisions though to be honest.
El's finish was a cracker though

Well Lomax, if you are happy with the recent results and the performances I am amazed. Remember our defeat at Rugby, the dismal performance at Bedford , throwing the game away to Truro at home in the last minute and 3 penalties given away in the last 3 games. Clevendon although at the wrong end of the league table have also beaten us once, anything but a good win tomorrow will be a disaster. Too many team changes, never the same line-up. It is time we faced up to the facts or we could be facing relagation if not this year possibly next. This year (2010) both Banbury and Didcot have performed better than City with far lesser budgets and so called stars. If you continue to praise mediocrisy thats all you deserve!!

In Defence of Lomax you have to remember he is a West Ham supporter, which is where he is at most weekends...5 games unbeaten, regardless of 'How' would look good to him.

You failed to answer both my questions. I can't be bothered to argue with you if you're not going to engage properly. I agree, there have been some awful performances and results at times this season. You're SPOT ON. What I'm saying (and you're refusing to address) is that following the absolute woeful run of results, we are showing a bit of form now. I'm not talking about the performances (I've not been to the last few games as WHUFCs turgid run has taken my priority), but the results. We're all in agreement that the season is over now, all we want is a good run of results, not losing too many games, so we can go into the close season with a sense of optimism for next year. If City win and draw games playing poorly (as you've stated), then imagine what they can do when they start playing well.......

Onlooker, if you take a serious look at our season you will see that since xmas we have fallen away in the league and performances have been inconsistant. You should also look at the missing players since then... Baird, Malone, Bell, Knight, Pond, Brookes have all been long term injuries or, in Bairds case, retired. These 6 players had a major influence on the 1st half of this season and having to replace them mid-season is not easy, Mike has had to re-build half the team. I, for one, believe we can still go places next season if we can get these players back and fit and add a couple of others too the squad. So lets not be to harsh, there are a lot of teams worse off than we are and they didn't have the benifit of a good FA cup run.
