Well...A programme with the wrong team in it..worse..the attendances aren't even in it anymore..at the end of the game..a mumbling "thankyou for coming" att again? Thankyou for Nuneaton fans att (who made half the crowd!)..shoddy to put it politely! Oxford fan to Nuneaton fan: '' What happened to Nuneaton Boro..are they still playing?"..ffs..keep up...they were 2-0 up at that point! For what it's worth..thought City played really well..pacey game..Nuneaton contained them.

LoL, Npton exile.... that oxford fan wasn't me was it? . despite the score I enjoyed the game, entertaining to watch, thought nuneaton's goals were very well taken, the 3rd being one of the better ive seen this season with there number 3 running with the ball from left back, inside the city half, pinged a cross pitch diagonal ball to the unmarked right winger, touch,cross,touch,shoot...superb! thought we defnatily looked like the worst team first half but the score was flattering, especially given the 3 or 4 chances we created in the first 5 minutes. Second half we did much better and had Nuneaton hemed into there own half for long periods, frasturatingly however we acturally created very little, afew cross balls that were danagerous that very few players seem to attack and as a result came to nothing, afew shots that ended up pinging round the box but came to nothing etc etc. As a City fan, it was quite a frasturating game, but for entertainment, banter with the away keeper and the social aspect as the Nuneaton fans I spoke to seemed like a pretty friendly bunch, it was well worth coming out for.

Quite right Hedges..was really good game (both teams). Despite score..did feel it flattered Nuneaton..though of course, when being 3-0 up, suppose Boro (sorry Town! ;D) are gonna sit back. Even so..Best I've seen from Oxford City..though I haven't seen them to much to comment I suppose!
