Minutes from OCFC Supporters Club formation Meeting

As everyone should now be aware we are attempting to establish a OCFC Supporters Club which has the full backing of the football club.
We held our first meeting with Chairman Brian Cox and about 10 supporters present on Saturday, where we were able to lay down some ideas and create foundations and ideas which will be discussed further at our next meeting.
As described in the attached minutes the supporters club has 4 main aims -
Membership is FREE until further notice and everyone is welcome to join us and get involved at our meetings. In due course we will be creating mailing lists to keep interested parties informed of activities and things going on.

Our next meeting is due to take place on Saturday the 10th September when we play Truro at home.

- To raise awareness about OCFC and help the club to try and get more supporters through the gates.
- To help the club, when possible, in fundraising activities for current and future projects.
- To Create a communication link between supporters and the committee to raise concerns and brandish ideas.
- To help the club create a better match day/post match experience for all fans (Live twitter feeds/videos/match reports etc)
