FA Trophy 3rd Qualifying Round Draw

Oxford City will play Hastings United/ South Park at Home on Saturday 26th November after Third Qualifying round draw was made this afternoon.

For those of an inquisitive nature.

We've never played South Park previously. They're quite recently arrived in senior football reaching the IL via the Combined Counties League in 2014.

As for Hastings United...The previous United resigned from the SL and folded in the mid-'80s. The 'new' United were Hastings Town until 2002 having already changed their name from Hastings & St. Leonards in 1976.
So City have played the club twice. As 'Town' in the FA Trophy in 1999 when goals from Dwayne Strong and Shaun Wimble produced a 2-0 home win. And as "H & St L" in 1936 when we lost 0-1 (at neutral Redhill) in the Semi-Final of the AFA Cup.
