City Vets clinch Runners-up spot

The City Vets guaranteed runners-up last night in the Over 35's of the Hellenic league Premier Division with a 4-1 win at home to Ducklington.
Leading 1-0 at half-time thanks to a fine Ronnie Williams goal, Ducklington equalized early in the 2nd half through a Craig Dore penalty. A double from Shaun Bradbury & then 1 from Andy Marriott sealed off another fine performance from the old men of City.
Team: Colin Fleet, Robert Tutton, Julian Dark, Justin Lee, Simon Pagano, Shaun Bradbury, Mike Ford, Ronnie Williams, Mark Orlando, Paul Kimber, Andy Marriott. Subs: Liam Carroll, Paul Creed.
One more game to go this Wednesday at home to last season's champions Wantage Town, who need to beat us to avoid relegation. PLEASE NOTE: Kick-off is at 6.30PM on Wednesday night.
