Hi,
I am a Spanish supporter from Madrid who has been following Oxford City for some time now and I was wondering if there is some kind of Oxford City FC Supporters Club where I can sign up or become a member, a page on Facebook, Telegram, etc...
Thank you very much and good luck this Sunday to all! Hopefully we can win the final!

Hi Kevvo. Thank you for posting. The club has pages on Facebook, Twitter and I think Instagram (I don't use it) but at present there is no actual Supporters Club. It's an interesting idea though and who knows, if we win on Sunday and join the National League Premier, it may be something they want to start. But in the meantime you can join the conversation with other supporters on here, and of course merchandise is available through the club's website.
We used to have some very good Spanish players...

Hi rijs! Thanks for answering! I hope that if the team wins the final and is promoted to the National League, the social mass will increase, and even if they don't get it, I think there should be an Oxford City Supporters Club. Yeah, I have read about the Spanish players in the team. Now I feel a stronger connection to the club because of this fact. I have seen some news from 2016 that in that season Oxford City had no fewer than six Spanish players on their books (Julen Lafuente, Ander del Álamo, Josetxo Lapoujade, Alejandro Hernández Andriu, Carlos Pifarré y Jon Arzamendi), with manager Justin Merritt, behind the club’s strong connections in Spain. Barcelona born Head Coach Enrique Guillen who joined Oxford in 2014 was the main link to the Spanish football pyramid path at that time. There is an article in the popular Spanish sports newspaper "Marca" where they talk about the experience of that Spanish "Invincible Army" www.marca.com/futbol/espanoles-mundo/2015/12/14/566ecd4c268e3e7c238b46a4.html(Sorry, it's in Spanish, but if you're interested you can use a translator) There is also a very interesting story about a futsal team formed by Spaniards called Oxford City Lions, who went on to win the English Futsal League and Cup. The story is told by the late Michael Robinson (former player for Preston North End, Manchester City, Brighton, Liverpool and Queens Park Rangers) and a legend of sports journalism here in Spain. cadenaser.com/programa/2016/10/07/acento_robinson/1475833869_707237.html
