A great result on the road against the league leaders.

Another really good performance to get a richly deserved point, and probably did enough for all three to be honest, particularly second-half.
A good start brought a deserved lead, but they were a big team, and we struggled to deal with set pieces and crosses in the first half, which ultimately saw them go into half time ahead.
But again we absolutely dominated second-half, got level within two minutes, had some great chances to go ahead, and then they scored with what felt like their first chance of the half.
Their keeper's kicking was dreadful all game, should have conceded one early in the second-half when he gave it straight to Parker who couldn't sort the ball out for a shot, but a second one that he gave straight to Ashby saw a touch and shot which flew into the net from around the edge of the centre-circle.
Got to be happy with a point, and even more so the performance, and definitely good signs that we're coming away from the (former) league leaders a little disappointed at not winning.
Very interesting attendance announcement today though. Seemed to be given a few hundred more than were in the ground, but also the away attendance about half of what was there. How they worked the away attendance at an unsegregated game I don't know!
