I couldn't make it to the game today - any thoughts from those who did attend ?
I would have settled for a point before hand..........

A point each was probably fair though the Daggers had the more clear cut chances. We didn't move and keep the ball quite as well has we normally do but I think in part that was because they pressed us well all over the park. Two decent teams trying to play the right way but it didn't quite happen on the day for either. Wasn't a snore draw though, lots of endeavour and both teams trying to win it.
In the end we matched another strong full time team with some standout players, and have to be reasonably happy with both a point and having now gone six matches unbeaten. As well as Haigh and his key saves, Nya and Canice had strong games, Sanderson had a great battle with Francis-Clarke and Zac got 20 odd minutes into his legs too.
Interesting to see how Ross revolves the team for Eastleigh on Tuesday.

A good summary of the game from Graeme. I thought City started really brightly for 20 minutes and pressed Dagenham back but then they came back into it with a couple of good chances, one of which Josh Ashby cleared off the line. Then, in the second half, I thought we started the stronger of the sides but then Haigh had to make two excellent saves and I think overall a point was fair but I'd say the Daggers were probably more disappointed not to win than we were given chances/saves. Average home attendance now at 1096, compared with 437 (or 607 including the two play-off games) last season. Definitely a very healthy increase.
