I don't think the constitutions for the Hellenic division twos have been announced yet.....

Yes, the Hellenic website, which announced the constitutions of the Premier Division and Division One quite a while ago, simply says that D2 constitutions will be announced in due course. The 'NonLeague Matters' website has a number of posts wondering if there will actually be enough teams for a Second Division next season as several clubs appear to have moved to more local (lower?) leagues.

Hellenic Division 2 constitutions now on-site: no Oxford City team.
Will there be a 'Development' or 'U23' team for this coming season, or just the Youth and U19 NL Academy sides?

Judging by the OCFC website it'll be the U19 NL Academy side (in the South Division as they were last season) and Junior sides.
