So since we're acturally on the up and finding some form which provides glimpses of the sort of football we enjoyed most of last season is it fair to say the Natives have now put there burning torches back in there cubboards? I guess if your Fordy silence is golden, right? Anyway, really enjoyed the day out in Hemel yesterday, not least because of the 0-2 result and the performance the lads put in....didn't enjoy the 'magic roundabout' whoever thought that was a good road design should be shot. As for the football, We dominated the game at times and didn't give Hemel too many chances to score, looked Solide at the back which was a pleasant surprise since we were missing the Likes of Sav and Malone to shield the back 4, our most vulnerable periode not for the first time this season was the next 5 or 10 minutes after going 0-1 up when we just invited the pressure. I thought everyone played there part and really we could have had more. The afternoons entertainment was capped off by the fisti-cuffs between Clarkey and the Hemel Striker, which saw the striker trying to punch Clarkes face in and still only receive a yellow card..... All in all great day out, glorious sunshine and at times pretty good football to boot.

LOL hedges you old drama queen. I didn't know you were going yesterday. Nice and easy trip from Chinnor. Who else went? Hoping to get to Halesowen on the 9th, if your keen. Got some good deals on trains, if you wanna put the word out (£15 per person, from Oxford). More the merrier.

Tuesday night in Stourbridge, hmmm let me think! Won't be going unless someone fancies driving last minute. I'm up in the west midlands on Saturday, but don't think I can get to Hednesford for the early kick off time. Bloody England match haha!
Don't tell anyone, but I've not been to City since about November time. Missing it. Some of the lads even longer. Think we're on for both the Easter weekend games though, should be messy ones!

Seems to be the first week for a while where players haven't been either coming or going. Probably a message in there somewhere.....
Good job Steele has recovered from injury. Hopefully he will be persuaded to carry on next season
