With the Heavy showers now falling god knows whether this fixture will go ahead maybe there will be pressure on the officials to go ahead no matter how bad the pitch is if so Jason and Clarke will need scoober diving equipment just in case, On a serious note probably have to play it next Thursday.

Seriously hope if this constant rain continues an early inspection can be made at say lunchtime, to spare the expense and inconvieniance of travel for the team and fans!

Talking of rain, can anyone explain why, on a showery day and with more forecast which duly fell, did the United groundstaff have the hoses on to water the already lush Kassam pitch last night? I thought there was a drought and hosepipe ban...

Looking at the Tudors forum someone has stated a minor game was postponed tonight Because of tomorrows fixture but he said its not looking too good lets hope no more heavy rain or I think the worst. Please keep looking at Tudor website for updates, I live several miles from the ground so am not sure of the conditions but know they are working hard on drainage. Its been pooring down all day!

Hate to bring more bad news but court place farm is also covered in standing water tonight so I'd say Brackley may be in danger of being off on Saturday too

Yes, I saw that last night as well. The one saving grace is that once it does stop raining, the water does drain very quickly. Guess we will just have to see what rain comes our way between now and Saturday. Fingers crossed for no more.....!

Looking at the forecast things don't look good for getting all games played by the end of the season, but just remember Chippenham had the same problem a couple of seasons back and they managed it.
