Oxford City Girls U11s operate a very simple rule. LACES LACES LACES! If a player's laces come undone during the match through not tying them up well in the first place then they are subbed.
On Saturday 23rd January 2010 at around midday, this rule was broken and player Chloe HOLDEN was subbed. She wasn't the first player subbed that day as Lily Hernandez was subbed at half time for the same reason. HOWEVER, what is important to note is that Assistant Manager Wayne HOLDEN was to blame for the lace issue. In all fairness to him he did apologise straight away and even suggested he be fined, therefore - THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT WE'RE GOING TO DO.
Please answer the poll and any suggestions will be greatly received.

I've got to hold up my hands, and will accept the punishment that comes my way. I'm the first to moan to the girls when there laces come undone. Probably the worse punishment that I could be given is to go to Villa Park or Upton Park, and sit through the pain of watching 90 minutes of rubbish. And before you go into one about Liverpool Ash & James, don't forget that we've already been to Villa Park & Upton Park this year and come away with 3 points & by the way I was at both games, so that must mean I've already done my punishment???

HA HA HA!
Didn't we (Villa) go to Anfield and win? Oh yes, I remember, 3-1 it was and we dominated. You came to ours and managed a last ditch 1-0 win when we managed to pass it to Torres...
Nah it won't be either of those, far too nice!

I am very please to announce that in a vote at training last night a decision what made over what the fine will be.
In a landslide victory, forfeit won. That forfeit will be:
Next Tuesday at training Wayne will be wearing a dress and potentially makeup throughout the whole session. There will be at least one camera present and photos will be added to the website.
Wayne - James has offered to pick up a lovely number from Oxfam and I'm sure you're happy to hear that.

A comprimise then. We train normally and then for a little bit of fun at the end you must don the "Lovely number" for some photos.
I seem to remember on Saturday you put your hands up and said you'd take any fine...
