Tough, but they have leaked 13 goals, ie more than City. The main thing is to mark Mr Reeves! No prediction, could go any way.

Yep by all accounts Gainsborough were torn apart early by Duncan Watmore and Reeves doing what he does best finish well. Need to be much stronger at the back really need to win everything from the whistle And keep them out of our penalty area or we are in trouble, having said that 13 goals conceded gives us a real shout! 3-3 att 344

2-1. 0-1 at half time by which time they will have worked out how to deal with Reeves. Fordy says magic words and inspired substitutions bring 2 goals in last 10 minutes- Basham penalty and Barcelos/Benjamin (if he plays) . I leap about, fall over a table and get carted off grinning to JR.
Att 456 (think Alty's will bring quite a few as a relatively easy drive - 3 hours max)

Another tough gritty match, but another point for City. Well done lads, especially being hampered all the second half with being a man short. Is this how Mr Reeves bags all his goals? Hardly the best way to do it, however effective.

sounds like a very well earned point against the odds.... Thought the worst when I saw we went a man down but well done to the lads for sticking at it and getting a point. Sadly couldn't be there because I had my appendix out yesterday and only got out of hospital this afternoon, still very very sore, will be at the next home game though on tuesday after next. Looking forward to Oxbox highlights

Ditto that! Hope you are soon back to fitness. Funny how we get to rely on the video highlights. Oxbox do a great job, I think.

Typical, the time when I expected to be wrong I got the result right and one of our scorers!
What was the attendance?

Hi Alty fan here Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the day at Oxford City yesterday. Felt we should have won but we switched off for 6 minutes at start of second half. Your place is a proper non league ground (and I mean that as a compliment) and was a thoroughly enjoyable and friendly day. All the best for rest of the season. (And no, that is not how Reevesy gets all his goals!!!)
